Delete your account

1. Sign in to the Jet Tracker app (iOS or Android) or at jettracker.com.br.
2. Open My account: in the app, tap the Me tab and then My account; on the website, use your profile menu.
3. Scroll to the Delete account section and tap Delete my account.
4. Type the confirmation word shown on screen and confirm with Delete permanently.

Go to My account

The account is removed immediately. If you had an active subscription, it is canceled at the same moment, with no further charge.

If you cannot sign in, send an e-mail from the address registered on the account asking for deletion. We confirm through that same e-mail before erasing anything.

• Login and profile: e-mail, name, password, Sign in with Apple or Google, API keys.
• Monitoring and alerts: aircraft, models, companies and airports you followed, notification preferences and saved lists.
• CRM data: deals, contacts and notes you created.
• Devices: push notification tokens registered by the app.
• Subscription: canceled immediately at the payment provider; no new charge is made.

Some records remain for legal or security reasons, always unlinked from your account:

• Payment tax records (invoices and receipts) are kept for the period required by Brazilian tax law (generally 5 years).
• Contacts you sent to companies, Jet Copilot conversations and sent e-mail logs lose the link to your account and are anonymized, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Backups are overwritten within the retention cycle of up to 30 days; after that the data can no longer be restored.
• Access logs to personal data are kept for 12 months for security, without identifying the deleted account.

You do not need to delete the account to request removal or correction of specific data. Use the LGPD form: access, correction, erasure, portability or objection, with a reply within 15 days.
