Jet Tracker is a public and independent intelligence platform on business aviation and helicopters in Brazil, operated by Medralia Desenvolvimento de Software Ltda. (CNPJ 66.432.251/0001-53) ("Jet Tracker", "we"). Access to basic content is free. Some features require creating an account (also free), and the artificial intelligence features depend on a subscription to the Pro plan (section 6). Questions: suporte@medralia.com.br.

The editorial curation of technical specifications is carried out by the Jet Tracker team based on manufacturer manuals and technical literature. The data is informational and may contain errors, lag or gaps.
When creating an account, by email/password or via the Continue with Google button, you declare that you are at least 18 years old, and you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The Pro and Business plans are paid subscriptions that unlock the artificial intelligence features and advanced data. We also offer one-off credit packs (single payment, no subscription). Conditions:
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are available for reading before subscribing. By completing the subscription, you adhere to these Terms, including this section and sections 7 (Refund), 8 (AI) and 9 (Limitation of liability).
Because this is a subscription made over the internet, you have a right of withdrawal: you may cancel the subscription within 7 calendar days counted from the subscription date, with no need to provide a reason. In that case, we refund the amount paid in full, immediately and monetarily adjusted (art. 49 and sole paragraph of the Consumer Protection Code, Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
After the 7-day window, you may cancel whenever you wish: on the monthly plan, the next charge is not made and access lasts until the end of the cycle already paid for. On the annual plan paid up front (card or Pix), the amount is not refundable on a pro rata basis after the withdrawal period, this is the counterweight to the annual plan's discount, and you expressly agree to this condition when choosing the annual plan.
The AI features, Jet Copilot, Jet Analyst / Dossiê and the assisted extraction of the Comparator, generate automated content from public data and editable assumptions, on a best-efforts basis.
The data layer is provided "as is". We strive for accuracy, but commercial or operational decisions should not be made based solely on the information displayed, always verify the primary sources.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or reduces rights that the law guarantees to the consumer, nor does it remove our liability for a flaw or defect of the service (CDC arts. 14 and 20) or for willful misconduct. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or decisions made based on the informational/automated content without the verification recommended in sections 2 and 8. Under no circumstances does this limitation reach a flaw or defect of the service, willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Marketplace listings (including photos and descriptions) belong to the respective portals, brokers and photographers, and are displayed as referenced aggregation, with a link to the original source, not as our own content. Cited manufacturer and marketplace trademarks belong to their respective owners; Jet Tracker is an independent platform, with no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from those owners. Requests from rights holders regarding third-party content may be sent to suporte@medralia.com.br.
On the other hand, the selection, organization and editorial curation of the Jet Tracker database constitute protected intellectual creation (art. 7, XIII, of Law 9.610/98, LDA, the Brazilian Copyright Law). Consultation and citation with reference to the source are permitted, but the extraction or reuse of a substantial part of the database without authorization is prohibited (see section 5).
People and companies that appear on the platform may request the correction or removal of data they consider incorrect, outdated or improper, including flags, value estimates and automated inferences. Use the LGPD / takedown channel. Upon receiving the contestation, we suspend the questioned information and review it. Automatic indicators do not assert irregularity or misconduct by anyone.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Requests for access, correction, removal or objection (LGPD) may be made via the LGPD form.
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. In consumer relations, the consumer is guaranteed the jurisdiction of their domicile (CDC art. 101, I). For all other relations, the jurisdiction of the district of Belo Horizonte/MG (the controller's headquarters) is elected, without prejudice to any mandatory rule to the contrary.
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be flagged at the top of this page with a new date and version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

When you submit a photo, you declare you are its author and rights holder (Brazilian Law 9.610/98) and keep 100% of the copyright. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and revocable license, limited to what is needed to host, resize, display and distribute the photo on the platform's pages and our official channels, always with your credit.
Reporting and removal: use the "Report" button on the photo or write to suporte@medralia.com.br with the URL/photo, the grounds (authorship or a person's image) and your contact. Copyright claims lead to preventive removal within 24 hours while we investigate, with notice to the uploader for a possible counter-notice.
