Starter costs $29 per month today. If the price goes up, existing subscribers keep their price for as long as the subscription stays active.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?+
Starter is for seeing the data and tracking what is yours: real owner (QSA), flight history, costs and market, with the Jet Copilot, unlimited CRM and alerts on up to 10 aircraft, 3 models and your own company. Pro is for people who originate deals: Jet Prospector (AI account prospecting, on the subscriber's login), alerts on up to 50 aircraft and 20 companies, and saved searches. If you have a claimed aircraft or shop, you can also invite 2 collaborators to your Hangar and CRM (3 seats) and open the dashboard of your verified shop or trading company. Simple rule: see and track what is yours = Starter; prospect = Pro. Free already lets you monitor 1 aircraft.
Can I cancel anytime? Is there a refund?+
Yes, no lock-in. You have a 7-calendar-day cooling-off period from purchase, with a full refund (Brazilian Consumer Code art. 49): just email support. After that, cancel inside the app anytime and keep access until the end of the cycle already paid for.
Is there a free Starter trial?+
Yes. Everyone who creates an account gets 3 days of full Starter, automatic and with no card: you try the Jet Copilot, the real owner (QSA), flight history and market intelligence at no cost. After 3 days your account becomes Free (which is open and permanent) and you subscribe whenever you want to keep Starter.
